Determine the Motor Rotation Direction: Before connecting any wires, ensure you know the desired rotation direction of the motor. If the direction needs to be changed, any two of the three power leads can be swapped to reverse the rotation.
Identify the Power Supply Terminals: If you're using a standard 3-phase power supply, it will typically have three terminals labeled L1, L2, and L3.
